Wendy’s – W2 Access UKG (UltiPro) Instructions

Visit: infosync.ultipro.com

Username Format: Last Name + First Initial + Last 4 of SSN. Example: John Smith, SSN XXX‐XX‐1234 → SmithJ1234

Temporary Password: Your birthday in MMDDYYYY format (e.g., June 5 1988 → 06051988)

On first login, create a permanent password.

Once logged in and at home page, locate the tab on the left that says “U.S. Wage and Tax Statements”

This will show all W-2s received from the company.
